The following information will help you get the most out of your yoga class or course and clarify the instructor/student relationship.

Yoga is more than just a physical exercise. The practice gives us the tools to transform ourselves; integrating body, mind and emotional tensions to arrive at deeper levels of awareness and relaxation.

However, the student MUST listen to their body.

As with any physical activity there is a risk of injury associated with yoga. The decision to perform any exercise is up to the individual. The student (that's you) agrees to take full responsibility for their actions within the class and shall work within their own limits.

The student MUST listen to their body.

Hand Craft Yoga shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to property and/or persons sustained during or as a result of participation in classes. Student agrees to listen their body and monitor sensations during every class session. If students have any inquiries about health concerns, it is their responsibility to consult a physician.

Again, the student MUST listen to their body.

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, I acknowledge the terms and conditions of Hand Craft Yoga, releasing them of any liability. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, I take full responsibility for my own experience. I am ready to listen to my body, and I am ready to hand craft yoga.
